<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an impregnated body low in dielectric loss tangent and relative permittivity and excellent in mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an impregnated body includes a step of impregnating a base fabric with an aqueous dispersion liquid containing the following resin (A) and resin (B), and a step of thermally treating the impregnated base fabric at a temperature of less than the primary melting point of the resin (A) but the melting point or larger of the resin (B). The resin (A): a polytetrafluoroethylene resin having melt viscosity at 380°C of ≥500,000 Pa s. The resin (B): a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of less than the primary melting point of the resin (A), or a polytetrafluoroethylene resin having a melt viscosity at 380°C of <500,000 Pa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
