<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leather which has not only conventional high strength and superior dimensional stability, but also has less unevenness on a surface and superior uniformity, in the artificial leather which is obtained by adding an elastomeric polymer as a binder to a fiber sheet substrate formed by stacking and integrating an ultrafine fiber nonwoven fabric and a fabric. <P>SOLUTION: In the artificial leather formed of a fiber sheet-shaped material obtained by stacking and integrating the nonwoven fabric 1 and the fabric 2, when a thickness of the nonwoven fabric layer 1 is defined as t (mm), a major axis of the thread-shaped warp constituting the fabric is defined as D1 (mm), a major axis of the weft is defined as D2 (mm) and a surface roughness is defined as Ra (μm), the artificial leather satisfies following expressions (1) and (2): 0.40≤t/(t+D1+D2)≤0.80(1) and 5≤Ra≤30(2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
