<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for preventing deterioration of a light-emitting device as much as possible, and to provide structure for retaining sufficiently capacitive element (a capacitor) required for each pixel. <P>SOLUTION: A first passivation film 118, a second metal layer 120, a flattening film 121, a barrier film 122, and a third metal layer 124 are stacked in this order over a transistor. A side face of a first opening formed on the flattening film 121 is covered by the barrier film 122, a second opening is formed inside the first opening, and the third metal layer 124 is connected to a semiconductor via the first opening and the second opening. A display device comprises a capacitor element Cs24 in which a semiconductor 119 of the transistor; a gate insulating film 113; a gate electrode 114; the first passivation film 118; and the second metal layer 120 are laminated and formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
