PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to receive a pull-print service more flexibly than before.

SOLUTION: A private print server 2A performs the steps of: storing print data 73 in association with a user; transmitting the print data 73 to an image formation device 1A when requested by the image formation device 1A; and moving the stored print data 73 to a public print server 2B when it is detected that the user has exited from a facility. The public print server 2B performs the steps of: storing the print data 73 received from the private print server 2A; transmitting the print data 73 to an image formation device 1B when the user is authenticated on the image formation device 1B and deleting the data thereafter; and deleting the print data 73 if it is unused, when it is detected that the user has entered into the facility.
