<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit to be used for a servo accelerometer capable of concurrently performing a highly accurate measurement of inclination, etc., (e.g. inclination measurement of 0.01 degree or lower) and measurement of vibration (e.g. vibration measurement of several tens Grms). <P>SOLUTION: The output circuit for a current output type servo accelerometer includes: a first low-pass filter consisting of a first readout resistor, and a second readout resistor and a capacitor which are connected to the first readout resistor in parallel; terminals for measuring inclination/straight-line acceleration to measure voltages of both ends of the first readout resistor; and terminals for measuring vibration acceleration to measure voltages of both ends of the second readout resistor to be connected to the capacitor in series. The first low-pass filter, which consists of the first readout resistor and the capacitor to be connected to the first readout resistor in parallel, can be provided with a current/voltage conversion circuit consisting of an operational amplifier for converting the current to the voltage, which flows in the capacitor, and the terminals for measuring vibration acceleration to be prepared at an output side of the current/voltage conversion circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
