<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply measuring solvent affinity of powder by using a solubility parameter (SP value). <P>SOLUTION: In the method for measuring solvent affinity, a plurality of mixed solvents in which SP<SB POS="POST">sol</SB>values found out by the following mathematical formula 1 are continuously reduced are prepared, and mixed solvents are successively injected into a plurality of containers in which approximately identical amounts of powder are stored in the descending order of SP<SB POS="POST">sol</SB>values. When powder stored in each container is turned from a state precipitated in the mixed solvent to a floating state, the SP<SB POS="POST">sol</SB>value of the mixed solvent in the container is defined as a solubility parameter (SP<SB POS="POST">powder</SB>value) of the powder and the SP<SB POS="POST">powder</SB>value is used as an index of solvent affinity in powder. The mathematical formula 1 is mixed solvent SP<SB POS="POST">sol</SB>value=[water rate × water SP<SB POS="POST">sol</SB>value + organic solvent rate × organic solvent SP<SB POS="POST">sol</SB>value]/100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
