<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip that enables a second member to be easily and surely attached to a first member. <P>SOLUTION: The clip and a structure for installing equipment for the elevator include a fastening plate for a point of action, a bolt and a nut for a fulcrum, and a bolt for a point of a lever where force is applied. The fastening plate for the point of action sandwiches the first member together with the second member. The bolt and the nut for the fulcrum are attached to the fastening plate and the second member.
