<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration due to the temperature in secondary intermodulation distortion characteristics of a mixer by its own transmission power without causing increase in power consumption and circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 16 is provided. An ambient temperature is detected by the temperature sensor 16. Setting values of mixers 31a and 31b, such as bias voltages of local signals to the mixers 31a and 31b, currents of the mixers 31a and 31b, CAL codes for securing symmetric properties of the mixers 31a and 31b and the like, are controlled depending on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 16. Thereby, deterioration due to temperature in secondary intermodulation distortion characteristics of the mixers can be suppressed without causing increase in power consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
