<p>PURPOSE: A method for forming an electrode of a solar cell is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and implement high efficiency by using a selective electrode plating process. CONSTITUTION: An interlayer phosphorous diffusion process is performed on a silicon substrate(100). A phosphorous silicate glass layer is removed. An ARC(Anti Reflective Coating) layer(140) is formed. The ARC layer is removed from an area for forming an electrode. The electrode is formed in only the area without the ARC layer.</p> |
