The luminescent organic-inorganic nanocomposite multilayer or monolayer film comprises a polymer matrix, and zinc oxide nanoparticles (2 wt.%) incorporated in the polymer matrix. The nanoparticles have an average granulometry of 3-7 nm, and are coated by a ligand consisting of a functionalization ligand, compounds having a carboxyl function or an amine function and long chain fatty acids such as oleic acid. The polymer matrix comprises acrylic units and photopolymerizable monomeric units such as acrylic monomer units, and is obtained by photopolymerization. The luminescent organic-inorganic nanocomposite multilayer or monolayer film comprises a polymer matrix, and zinc oxide nanoparticles (2 wt.%) incorporated in the polymer matrix. The monolayer film has a thickness of 100 nm, and the multilayer film has a thickness of 500 nm to 50 mu m.
