PURPOSE: A joint share purchasing method in a network and a web server therefor are provided to supply an efficient evidence when a dispute about the use of a product purchased through joint share purchasing occurs. CONSTITUTION: A web server provides a bulletin board on which a proposal for joint share purchasing and a purchasing agreement for the joint share purchasing between purchasers are posted(S410). The web server receives share payment information for a joint share payment target product posted on the bulletin board(S420). The web server determines whether the sum of paid money shared is greater that a price of the joint share payment target product based on the share payment information(S450). The web server executes purchase processing for the joint share payment target product(S460).
