A TABLE FOR LOADING SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE

PURPOSE: A loading table is provided to improve accuracy of a fault test by arranging a semiconductor package on an exact check position. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of loading portions(212a) loads a semiconductor package. A plurality of grooves(212b) is included between the plurality of loading portions. A moving plate(211) is installed on the top of a fixing plate to be movable to the top and bottom. A base portion is arranged on the lower portion of the fixing plate. The base portion provides suction force to the plurality of loading portions.
