PURPOSE: A fluid operating system for a ship is provided to enable the entire operation of the fluid operating system except damaged parts when a part of a ship gets damaged due to fire or flooding. CONSTITUTION: A fluid operating system for a ship comprises multiple main pumps(100,200), a main pipe(300), and multiple fail-to-open valves(301a,301b). The main pumps supplies fluid into a ship or discharges the fluid to the outside of the ship. The main pipe is connected to the multiple main pumps. The fail-to-open valve is installed on the main pipe locating in a same section with the multiple pumps to normally close the main pipe. When the operation of the main pumps cannot be maintained in a relevant section among the multiple main pumps, the main valve is opened by the fail-to-open valve.
