The exchanger has a housing (5) comprising two side covers (5a, 5b) arranged at two opposite ends of a bundle (3) of tubes (15) that define first channels for circulation of first fluid e.g. refrigerant fluid. A fluid inlet collector box and a fluid outlet collector box are respectively formed by the side covers and blade heads (17) of the bundle. The blade heads are interposed between ends of the successive tubes to define second channels for circulation of second fluid e.g. coolant, between the tubes, where profiles of the blade heads are matched with inner contours (29) of the side covers.
