PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information such as a date without reducing a power generation amount.

SOLUTION: A translucent dial plate 2, a power generation cell 11a of a solar cell 11 arranged partially on the underside of the dial plate 2 and an antenna 14 arranged in a non-arrangement region where the power generation cell 11a of the solar cell 11 is not arranged are included. The dial plate 2 is provided with an opening 2a for displaying information in a region overlapping with the antenna 14.
