COMPONENT MOUNTING LINE DESIGN APPARATUS, PROGRAM, AND COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a plan to change component mounting lines with the smallest possible workload of changing component mounting lines in producing a plurality of substrates.

SOLUTION: A production order calculation section 121 of a component mounting line design apparatus 110 executes the process of calculating for each pair of substrate types a workload of changing a component mounting line identified by component mounting line information corresponding to one substrate type included in the pair for a component mounting line identified by component mounting line information corresponding to the other substrate type included in the pair, and the process of specifying an input order of substrate types to component mounting lines such that the substrate types are produced in ascending order of the workload.
