<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference of radio waves generated at a plurality of antennae at performing radio communication. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact IC card reader comprises: a first coil antenna of a first short-range radio communication system used in reading information from a first non-contact IC card of a passive type; and a second coil antenna of a second short-range radio communication system used in reading information from a second non-contact IC card of a passive type. The first coil antenna and the second coil antenna are arranged such that areas of the first coil antenna and the second coil antenna partially overlap at a location where the second coil antenna does not produce induced electromotive force when the first coil antenna generates radio waves for short-range radio communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
