<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable proper evaluation of whether driving is pertinent to fuel-saving driving or not. <P>SOLUTION: A traveling condition of a vehicle is determined whether it is (a) stopping or low-speed travelling condition, (b) starting condition or (c) normal traveling condition. Thereafter, parameters Es and En, which change in response to the kinetic energy change ratio of the vehicle, are detected. The parameters Es and En are compared with evaluation parameters, which are stored per the starting condition and the normal traveling condition, to decide an evaluation. Evaluation whether the driving is pertinent to the fuel-saving driving or not can be thereby performed in response to the traveling condition, and pertinent evaluation can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
