<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient information input device. <P>SOLUTION: An information input device 1 captures the touch operation of a user to a card 20 with camera 104, identifies a region that is touched by the user based on the captured image, and receives information on a key (number or the like) in the identified region as input information from the user.
