<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly tasteful and luxurious moisturized tissue paper. <P>SOLUTION: The moisturized tissue paper includes top layer tissue paper 2 and back layer tissue paper 3, of which only the top layer tissue paper 2 is printed with an aqueous ink. After the ink is dried, the non-printed surface of the tissue paper is coated with a moisturizer containing hydrophobic component and hydrophilic component.
