<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defective printed book discharge device for a sheet-fed press capable of discharging a detected printed book in an orderly arranged state by a defective printed book inspection device arranged in the sheet-fed press. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-fed press includes a carrying device provided on the downstream side of a printing unit of the sheet-fed press and carrying the printed book by taking in a claw rod connected by a chain, a defective printed book inspection device for detecting a defect of the printed book, a stopper for stopping the carried printed book by directly abutting and easily openable-closable by a support shaft, and a stacking part for dropping and stacking the printed book by the stopper. This detective printed book discharge device includes a discharging carrying part provided on the downstream side of the stopper and discharging a detective printed book of passing through the stopper, an upper air blowout part on the discharging carrying part, an air blowout part for pressing the detective printed book continuous to the upper air blowout part, a stacking hopper for storing the defective printed book, and a brake mechanism for reducing a stacking speed of the defective printed book in the stacking hopper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
