<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an indoor unit or the like that prevents the excess cooling capacity when a constant temperature-and-humidity control, e.g., is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The unit includes: an indoor heat exchanger 8 that provides heat exchange between a refrigerant and air; an electronic expansion valve 7 that decompresses the refrigerant flowing in the indoor heat exchanger 8 and regulates a flow rate of the refrigerant; a bypass pipe 12 connected in parallel to the indoor heat exchanger 8 and electronic expansion valve 7 and for flowing the surplus refrigerant to an air-conditioning load; and a bypass electronic expansion valve 11 for regulating a flow rate of the refrigerant flown to the bypass pipe 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
