<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a luminous coating layer from being cracked or peeled off when a planar luminous sign board is processed into a luminous display body having a three-dimensional shape by press working. <P>SOLUTION: A luminous display body 10 includes a metal substrate 11, an adhesive resin layer 12 made of epoxy resin having flexibility and laminated on the metal substrate 11, and a luminous coating layer 13 containing a luminous pigment of 60 to 95 mass% and laminated on the adhesive resin layer 12. The luminous display body 10 which is press-worked to manufacture a luminous sign board has a height equal to or greater than 6.5 mm to generate a crack in a luminous coating layer according to Ericksen test specified by JIS Z2247. Thus, the luminous coating layer 13 of the generated luminous display body 10 can be prevented from being cracked in a usual pressing mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
