<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium conveying device that can reduce a noise generated when a medium is fed or ejected while avoiding lengthening time required for feeding and emitting of a plurality of media, and to provide a medium conveying method and a printing device. <P>SOLUTION: A feed controlling part 54 rotates a driving roller of a pair of feeding roller 35 at a first feed rotating speed when feeding a first piece of paper in conveying a plurality of papers held at a paper feeding cassette. The first feed rotating speed is less than a maximum value of a second feed rotating speed of feeding a piece of paper which is second or later. The feed controlling part also rotates the driving roller of a pair of feeding roller 36 at a first ejection rotating speed when ejecting a last piece of paper from a processing area.
