<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor and a rotor core which can suppress a leakage flux from a stator side salient pole. <P>SOLUTION: Tip end both side portions of a salient pole 12 (a salient piece 22) of a rotor core 10 are crushed to form a second thin-wall portion D2 and a tip end thick-wall portion 23a. On a tip end side further than a magnet M of the salient pole 12 (the salient piece 22), the second thin-wall portion D2 has magnetic resistance in a diametrical direction higher than that of the tip end thick-wall portion 23a. A magnetic flux flowing from an N pole of each magnet M to the outside in the diametrical direction is suppressed in leakage to an adjacent artificial salient pole 14 (an artificial salient piece 24), and concentrated in the tip end thick-wall portion 23a to flow to a stator 6 side. A wide width portion D2a of the second thin-wall portion D2 formed at a tip end side than the magnet M is formed to have wide width in a circumferential direction, and the tip end thick-wall portion 23a is formed to have narrow width in the circumferential direction. The magnetic flux flowing from the N pole of each magnet M to the outside in the diametrical direction can be concentrated in the tip end thick-wall portion 23a, and a leakage flux flowing to the adjacent artificial salient pole 14 (the artificial salient piece 24) is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
