<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although it is necessary to kill or remove microorganism or the like in seawater or fresh water to provide blast water, the complete removal of microorganism is almost impossible even by heating, irradiation of ultraviolet ray, or use of chemicals. <P>SOLUTION: The device for producing ballast water includes: a water supply passage connected to a pump from a seawater inlet port through a raw water switching valve, and to a first return line switching valve from a water outlet of the pump; a filtration passage connected to a second return line switching valve through a fine bubble generation device and a filtration membrane from the first return line switching valve; a water supply line including a water outlet passage connecting from the second return line switching valve to a storage tank; a return line for communication from the second return line switching valve to the first return line switching valve; a supply passage for communication from the storage tank to the raw water switching valve; a drain valve established somewhere between the fine air bubble generation device and the pump; and a drain passage connecting from the drain valve to a water drain end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
