<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of uniformly supplying a paving material to a construction surface and holding the quality of the paving material. <P>SOLUTION: A construction machine 100 includes a self-propelled vehicle body 1, a first laying and leveling device 2 which lays and spreads the paving material P in a width direction crossing a construction direction, and levels the laid and spread paving material P, a vibrator 6 which tightens and fixes the laid and spread paving material P, a mold 7 which molds the tightened and fixed paving material P into a predetermined section, and a chute 3 arranged above the first laying and leveling device 2.
