<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new communication control method and wireless nodes which can avoid repetitive data frame collisions due to a hidden terminal problem to alleviate reduction in throughput. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless node (100) capable of wireless communication with other wireless nodes in a communication system, where the time needed for transferring a maximum length data frame (hereafter referred to as a maximum frame transfer time Tfmax) is predetermined, determines whether its environment or working condition is likely to cause a hidden terminal problem (step 11) and, if its environment or working condition is found likely to cause a hidden terminal problem (Yes in step 11), changes a random setting range, or a range in which a wait time can be set at random when normal communication fails, to set its upper limit at a longer time than the maximum frame transfer time Tfmax (step 13). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
