<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle side-view mirror capable of reducing the cost, and expanding the effective visibility range by the holder function of a mirror body itself. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle side-view mirror has a holder function in which a mirror body 1 itself can be connected to a mirror surface actuation unit via a connection part 4 on a back side. The mirror body 1 is capable of using the entire surface of a mirror body base plate 2 as a reflecting surface having a reflecting film 3.
