<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device having circuitry simpler than the conventional art. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring device has a device for measuring both end voltages of each cell constituting a battery pack for each cell group, and has a plurality of voltage sensors and a control unit. Each voltage sensor measures both end voltages of each cell constituting each cell group at a predetermined period, and, when it receives a command from the control unit, transmits to the control unit a measurement result according to the command, of a plurality of past measurement results stored in a buffer memory. This control unit, which transmits commands to the plurality of voltage sensors sequentially with time shifted, creates a command that the past measurement results other than the last measurement result are to be transmitted correspondingly to the period matching with the quotient obtained by dividing, by voltage measurement period, the time since the command transmitting time to a first voltage sensor until the command transmitting time to each voltage sensor, and transmits the command to each voltage sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
