PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a polyester stretched film having good tearabilities and adhesiveness without losing strength, transparency, heat resistance, barrier functionality, etc. and useful as a packaging film or a tape film, as the opening part of a PTP package or a beverage pack. SOLUTION: This easily tearable biaxially stretched polyester film is composed of both outer layers being molecular oriented layers and an inner layer being a substantially non-molecular oriented layer and characterized in that an edge tear resistance value is 70 N or below, the three-dimensional average roughness of at least one side of the film is 20 nm or above and the surface glossiness of the film is 150% or more.
