<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode element capable of more favorably preventing the surface of a sensor chip from being accumulated with bubbles which preclude measurement. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode element comprises: a rod-like body 1 extending along a predetermined axis C; a base plate 2 having a through-hole 24 passing through between a front face 21 and a rear face 22, which is fixed to the tip of the body 1; and a chip 3 for electrochemical measurement which is fixed to the rear face 22 of the base plate 2 such that a sensitive part is exposed outside from the through-hole 24. The rear face 22 of the base plate 2 is provided with a wiring 23 on the surface so as to acquire an output signal from the ISFET chip 3. The sensor chip 3 is fixed directly to or close to the wiring. The base plate is fixed at an inclination angle with respect to a predetermined axis of the body, so that at least a part of the tip surface S inclined to the predetermined axis C is formed on the front face 21 of the base plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
