<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed drying facilities for efficiently removing powder dust from generated vapor to be discharged from a fluidized bed drying device. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid bed drying facilities includes: a fluidized bed drying device having a drying container; an input part; a discharger; a gas dispersion plate for dividing the drying container into a drying room in which input wet raw materials are dried and a chamber room; a fluidized gas supply part for supplying fluidized gas to the chamber room and a vapor discharge part for discharging generated vapor from the upper part of the drying container, the fluidized bed drying device which being configured to dry the wet raw materials whose moisture content is high in the drying container; a generated vapor line configured to discharge the generated vapor to be discharged from the vapor discharge part of the fluidized bed drying device to the outside; a cooling trap interposed in the generated vapor line, and configured to cool the generated vapor, and to remove powder dust contained in the generated vapor; and a cooler configured to cool a dry matter obtained by drying the wet raw materials discharged from the discharge part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
