<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring method and an ultrasonic measuring device for in-line measuring the thickness of a coating material coated on a product manufactured on a manufacturing line, with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic measuring device includes, as pairs of ultrasonic sensors: at least one pair of measurement ultrasonic sensors 10 for measuring coating weight of electrode paste 62; and a pair of calibration ultrasonic sensors 20 comprising a pair of a first calibration ultrasonic sensor 21 and a second calibration ultrasonic sensor 22, separately from a first ultrasonic sensor 11 and a second ultrasonic sensor 12. The ultrasonic measuring method includes: performing calibration using the pair of the calibration ultrasonic sensors 20 in measuring the thickness of the electrode paste 62; and calculating the coating weight of the electrode paste 62 using the pair of the measurement ultrasonic sensors 10, by use of a measurement condition value obtained by the pair of the calibration ultrasonic sensors 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
