<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle that prevents deformation of a frame cover to generate no gap for extracting a ring of a helmet between the frame cover and a seat. <P>SOLUTION: This saddle-riding type vehicle includes a seat on which an occupant is seated, a seat rail 115 detachably installing the seating seat, a frame cover 16 for covering the outside of the seat rail 115, a helmet holder 8 arranged on the seat rail 115, and a regulating part arranged in the vicinity of the helmet holder 8 of the seat rail 115 and projecting toward an inner peripheral surface of the frame cover 16. The helmet holder 8 has a hook part 821 to be used for hooking the ring 91 of the helmet, and a guide part 822 extending from the fixing part 821.
