<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit moisture from adhering to internal components in an oscillation device. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation device includes: a piezoelectric vibrator 10; a vibration member 20 restricting the piezoelectric vibrator 10 on one surface; a support frame 30 holding an edge of the vibration member 20; and a shielding member provided so as to cover one surface of the vibration member 20 or the other surface positioned on the opposite side of the one surface. A groove 44, having a bottom surface provided with a water-repellent layer 52, is formed on a surface of the shielding member which is opposite to a surface facing the vibrating member 20. The shielding member is positioned on the inner side of the groove 44 in a plain view and has sound holes 40 having inner surfaces provided with hydrophilic layers 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
