<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelash cosmetic of high temporal stability free from lumps while exhibiting satisfactory adhesiveness, excellent in a volume effect, a separation effect and flexibility of a cosmetic film, and capable of preventing the cosmetic film from getting out of shape with the lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: The eyelash cosmetic is blended with a specified water-soluble polymer exhibiting a characteristic moisture holding property and with an oil-based thickener which is in solid form at 25°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
