<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a spacer which is provided to secure a space between a packed object and a carton box. <P>SOLUTION: In a spacer made of corrugated board, in which an outer frame 1, where an outer front board 3, side boards 4 and 5, and a rear board 6 are provided continuously, and an inner frame 2, where an inner front board 13, end boards 14 and 16, and a bottom board 17 are provided continuously, are coupled with each other via a coupling piece 22, and a front wall 24 is constructed by rotating the oblique broken line 23 of the coupling piece 22 relatively to its axis, while so folding the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2 as to roll them in, and laying the outer front board 3 and the inner front board 13 so that the stages may cross each other and which keeps its form so that the bottom board 17 may be positioned behind the front wall 24 and that the rear board 6 may be positioned behind the bottom board 17, the coupling piece 22 is sandwiched with two oblique broken lines 23 which connect the rear board 6 with the inner front board 13 and leans to the side edges of the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
