<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a prediction model corresponding to the automatically requested tolerance (reliability) of an error without depending on the manual operation of a user even when the number of samples is small. <P>SOLUTION: A prediction model generation device (1) for generating the prediction model of objective variables by using explanatory variables is configured to, when the minimum number of samples is not satisfied by the number of the samples of the explanatory variables, generate the prediction model of the objective variables by grouping the samples relating to the explanatory variables adjacent to the explanatory variables, that is, adjacent explanatory variables until such a range that the minimum number of samples is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
