<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electrophoresing nucleic acids, which is capable of highly efficiently concentrating and purifying nucleic acids in a short time by simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for electrophoresing nucleic acids includes a step wherein nucleic acids, into each of which an intercalator having an anionic functional group is intercalated, are electrophoresed. An acid dissociation constant of the intercalator can be 0 or more and 3 or less. The functional group can be a sulfo group. In the method for concentrating and recovering nucleic acids, the speed of nucleic acid electrophoresis can be increased by increasing the negative charges of the nucleic acids, each of which is bound to an intercalator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
