METALIZED FILM AND METALIZED FILM CAPACITOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a metalized film capacitor capable of suppressing a decrease in electrostatic capacity by mitigating electric field concentration on the end surface of a metal film.

SOLUTION: A metalized film capacitor 22 is achieved in which a capacitor element 18 is formed by laminating or laminate winding a plurality of metalized films 10 so that margin parts 14 of the plurality of metalized films 10 are disposed on opposite sides; and metallicon electrodes 20 are respectively formed on both end surfaces of the capacitor element 18. Each of the metalized films 10 is formed by evaporation coating of a metal film 16 on a surface of a dielectric film 12 so that the margin part 14 is formed along one square side, and an end surface 16a of the metal film 16 contacted with the margin part 14 is formed into a curved surface shape.
