<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly assign a line with a guaranteed communication quality to a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: When switching to a first line is requested from a terminal, a communication apparatus determines whether the number of presently connected terminals that is the number of terminals connected presently to the first line exceeds the upper-limit number of terminals connectable to the first line. If the number of presently connected terminals exceeds the upper-limit number, the communication apparatus cuts off the connection, to the first line, of at least one of the terminals presently connected to the first line, and thereafter assigns the first line as the connection destination of the terminal which has requested the switching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
