<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flameproof display panel having flameproofness, superior aesthetic decoratability of a surface, and superior print clarity, and a printing flameproof cardboard suitably used on the surface thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The printing flameproof cardboard 10 is used having printing paper on at least one surface of the flameproof cardboard constituted of a cardboard applied with a flame retardant. The flameproof display panel 20 is constituted by laminating the printing flameproof cardboard 10 on at least one surface of a plate-like paper core material 21 so that the printing paper is on the outer surface side.
