<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mode setting system for monitoring a tire pressure which can easily, reliably change a mode in a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the mode setting system for monitoring a tire pressure, tire pressure information sent from a tire valve 3 attached to each tire is received by a receiver 5 installed in a body, and is used for a tire pressure monitoring system for monitoring pneumatics of the tire, and an operating mode of the receiver is set by radio by use of a radio tool. The mode setting system for monitoring a tire pressure includes: a determinator for determining whether the receiver is in a state of switching the operating mode; and a mode setting part for carrying out a mode setting of the receiver 5 by mode change information sent from a valve ID registration tool 20 when a determination result of the determinator is in a switchable state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
