<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal damage to a vehicle-mounted component, and to reduce fuel consumption by improving an engine output during vehicle traveling by forming a branch at exhaust pipes arranged at the downstream side of a DPF exhaust gas system passage, and by switching, at the branch, exhaust-gas exhaust outlets of the exhaust pipe by making them located at the vehicle width center and vehicle sides, and by using a changeover valve arranged at the branch depending on a traveling state of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust device of a DPF-mounted vehicle comprises: a temperature detector which is positioned at the downstream side of a DPF for purifying an exhaust gas from an engine 9, and detects an exhaust gas temperature; the first exhaust pipe 11 which is connected to the downstream side of the DPF, and has the first exhaust outlet 111 at a middle in the vehicle width direction at a lower part of a vehicle body 3; the branch Z which branches the exhaust gas from a clearance between the first exhaust outlet 111 and the DPF; the second exhaust pipe which is connected to the branch Z at its one end, and has the second exhaust outlet 121 at the side surface of the vehicle body 3 at the other end; and the changeover valve 16 which is arranged in the vicinity of the branch Z and switches a flow of the exhaust gas. The exhaust device is also characterized in that the exhaust gas is led to the second exhaust pipe when the exhaust gas temperature exceeds a prescribed value at the regeneration of the DPF. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
