<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device efficiently circulating refrigerant and improved in cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device 3 includes a heat dissipation path 6 and a return path 7 which connect a heat receiving section 4 with a heat dissipation section 5, and circulates working fluid 12 to the heat receiving section 4, the heat dissipation path 6, the heat dissipation section 5, the return path 7 and the heat receiving section 4 to transfer heat. On the heat receiving section 4 side of the return path 7, an introduction pipe 17 for supplying the working fluid 12 into the heat receiving section 4 is connected. A check valve 18 is provided in a connection between the heat receiving section 4 and the introduction pipe 17. The heat receiving section 4 includes a heat receiving plate 11 and a heat receiving plate cover 14 to form a heat receiving space 13 in the inside. In the heat receiving space 13, the inner wall surface of the heat receiving plate cover 14 is coated with a water repellent material (water-repellent coating 21). Accordingly, the working fluid 12 is surely evaporated in the heat receiving section 4, and the working fluid 12 can be efficiently circulated, so that the refrigerant is efficiently circulated and the cooling performance is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
