PURPOSE: A high-speed charging circuit and a USB(universal serial bus) cable and an electronic device having the same are provided to perform high speed charging using the USB cable by applying an equal amount of currents to a DC power source, which is provided through a battery charger, to the USB cable. CONSTITUTION: A first connecting member(100) includes a first connector coupled with a target device to be charged. A high speed charging part(200) is connected to the first connecting member. A second connecting member(300) is connected to the high speed charging part directly or by cable. The second connecting member includes an USB connector(301) which is connected to an external USB host device. The high speed charging part comprises a main current supply part having a schottky diode and a DC-DC convertor part which supplies additional currents by supporting to increase suction of a load current.
