PURPOSE: A towing device for a vehicle is provided to improve the design of a rear bumper by selectively setting towing angle and position. CONSTITUTION: A towing device(100) for a vehicle comprises a lower reinforcement member(110), an upper reinforcement member(120), a towing pipe(130), and a flange bracket(140). One end of the lower reinforcement member is fixed to the rear bottom of a rear side member(20) and reinforces the rear bottom of the rear side member. Both sides of the lower reinforcement member are fixed to a mounting flange(31) of a rear bumper mounting bracket(30). The upper reinforcement member is arranged on the top of the lower reinforcement member and is inserted between the lower reinforcement member and the rear side member. The towing pipe is inserted between the lower and upper reinforcement members. The flange bracket is installed in the mounting flange and supports a vehicle body and the rear side member.
