A therapeutic compsn. for the oral treatment of diabetes contains a complex of N-4 2-(5-chloro-2-methoxybenzamido)-ethyl -phenylsulphonyl-N'-cyc- lohexylurea (I) and 1-(2-phenylethyl)-biguanide hydrochloride (II) or other pharmaceutically active salt. The activity of the complex is greater than the separate administration of the two constituents. |
