PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrolyte are provided to improve supply of electrons to an electrolyte using a mixture layer of zeolite powder as an electrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte layer(14) is formed between an upper structure and a lower structure. A mixture of zeolite and an electrolyte is injected into the electrolyte layer. A lower electrode layer(12) is formed on a lower plate(11). The lower plate is made of paper. The bottom electrode layer includes a conductive organic compound.
